Our engagement model is unique. Unlike many other accounting and advisory firms we’ll make a commitment to you. We aim to deliver our pre-agreed services for an agreed price, within the agreed time frame. From our experience, we understand this is important to you.
We know receiving an unexpected invoice for services is not what you want. Having a clear process for engaging services from Bishop Collins, means you are in control of what you need and what is important to you. Prioritising and understanding your needs is an important part of the engagement process.
It’s for these reasons that we seek your feedback upon completion of the work. As part of our proactive approach to service, we encourage you to let us know if you think we can improve. We will listen and we will respond.
Pre-engagement meeting to understand your requirements & scope.
Once a proposal is accepted an engagement letter outlining scope, price and timetable is presented to you for execution.
Services are delivered. At this point any services outside the original scope are identified and agreed with you.
Work is invoiced based on the agreed terms.
Satisfaction is measured so we can continue to improve.
