Financial Planning

• I have a self managed superannuation fund, and prefer to make my own investment decisions, however I do require advice on taxation and strategic matters
• I am looking to sell assets and place the funds into superannuation, or transfer assets directly to superannuation, and require advice on the most tax-effective method for achieving this outcome

Audit

• We are a public company and required by statute to have an annual audit
• We are a private company without the legislated need for an audit, however we see the value in this process for our stakeholders and voluntarily undertake an annual external audit
• Our constitution requires an annual audit to be completed
• We are a non-profit organisation with grant funding, in need of an acquittal
• We are proposing to acquire a significant asset and require due diligence services

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Our organisation has a finance team, however we lack the resources to prepare General Purpose Financial Statements for our Auditors or other external users
• We require assistance with our reporting framework, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external stakeholder requirements
